Usage;
Stainess steel also called double-layered steam cauldor, which is applied widely for the processing such products as candy, medicine, dairy, alcohol, cake, beverage, sweetment, can, etc. Itis also used to boil water cook, stew, boil porridge, ect in great scale dining-room or eatery which is a choiceness equipment in food processing to advancequality, short time, improve labour condition.
Chracteristics:
This pan take a certain pressure steam as thermal source, high thermal efficienty, being heated evenly, short time of boiling, temperature being controlled easily.
Inner layer pan body is made up of acid-resistant and ther-malproof, austenitic stainless steel, maching pressure meter and safety valve, beautiful figure, easy installation, simple operation, on the safe side.
